The Pareto router
A route survives the router when no other registered route beats it on every requirement at once. Anything worse on every axis — more cost, less assurance, slower finality for the same intent — falls away. What remains is the honest menu of trades: pay more for more assurance, or accept less assurance for less cost. The router never crowns a winner; it prunes the losers.
