THE PLAIN STATUTES ON THE PUBLIC SURFACES ARE BACKED BY THESE REGISTRY VALUES, VERBATIM:
fired_can_touch_economic_thesis: falseTHE CULTURAL FIREWALL — no observatory count can feed, repair, or substitute for any claim in the 39-claim chain
green: claim-earned onlygreen renders only on a claim state in {VERIFIED, RUNNING}; receipt ticks are phosphor provenance and ops health wears ember — with zero sanctioned claim states today, zero green renders anywhere
missing ≠ zeroan absent observation renders NOT ASSESSED / LISTENING; it never becomes a number
THE GOVERNING COUNTER — A DERIVATION ON THE RECORD
THE WARMUP SEAL FILLS ON CONSECUTIVE ELIGIBLE DAYS. DERIVED 2026-08-02 FROM THE RECEIPTS’ OWN ARITHMETIC — remaining = required − consecutive ON EVERY SEALED RECEIPT. A MISS RESETS THE STREAK AND THE TARGET DATE, WHICH DERIVES AT EVERY BUILD. CONFIRMED BY THE OPERATOR, 2026-08-02 — THE DERIVATION IS NOW THE RULE.
THE ESTATE — WHAT SURVIVES THIS SERVER
THE RECORD IS MIRRORED OFF-SITE: THE LANDING, THE COLOPHON, THE CLOCK, THE PREMISE, THE CLAIMS ARTIFACT, AND THE SEAL MANIFEST ARE ARCHIVED AT THE INTERNET ARCHIVE (WEB.ARCHIVE.ORG/WEB/*/DESK.THESECONDBITCOIN.COM), FIRST PUSHED 2026-08-02 BY THE OPERATOR AND RE-ARCHIVED DAILY BY THE ANCHOR CYCLE.
“If this site lapses, the record survives it: the anchored artifacts, the Bitcoin timestamps, and the archive.org mirror are the instrument's estate, and the sealed claims stand as filed.”

NOTHING WAS DELETED TO MAKE THE PUBLIC SURFACES QUIET — IT WAS FILED. AN INSTRUMENT THAT HIDES ITS INTERNALS IS NOT MORE TRUSTWORTHY; AN INSTRUMENT THAT FILES THEM IS.
