Routing intent

A route is chosen by what must be true, not by ticker. Every settlement intent names its requirements: how much security the transfer needs, at what acceptable cost, within what timeframe — and, where it matters, how much privacy loss you can tolerate. The wallet becomes a router. Tickers disappear; intent remains.
